📦 Return Policy for Jewelry

According to Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, jewelry made of precious metals (including silver) cannot be returned or exchanged if they are of proper quality.

🔹 What this means for you:

  • You cannot return or exchange an item simply because it doesn't fit, or you changed your mind about the style or color.

  • Please carefully check all product details before making a purchase.

🔧 Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects:

  • If you receive an item with a confirmed defect, you can contact us within 14 days of receipt.

  • Upon verification of the defect, we will offer a replacement, free repair, or a full refund.
